Advanced 1-Class II Diagnosis and Treatment: Washington D.C. Nov. 18-20, 2011
27-May-2011 Skeletal and dental class II cases with mandibular retrusion and/or maxillary protrusion are studied. Corticotomy is seriously studied as it is applied to many of these cases that would otherwise need orthognathic surgery. Specific features in the diagnosis and use of the IP Appliance and IP Archwires are presented. Rapid advancement is added to the possible non-surgical treatment modalities. Orthodontic implants (temporary) are introduced to help control deep bite, minimum anchorage, and torque in class II cases.
